It's Off To Work We Go

Senka walked down the street, scuffing her Don Ed Hardy street shoes, hoody pulled up tightly over her head. She stopped in front of the bar, and ducked around the side, to the back door. She pushed her long hair back, and took her hood off, revealing her work outfit. She pushed the door open, and the sound of drunken laughter hit her ears. She narrowed her eyes, stepping in, tying her hoodie around her waist. She clocked in, taking her place behind the bar table. "Hey bar girl! Bloody Mary!" One guy at the bar yelled out, and she hid a scowl, giving a fake smile and moving to pick out a smirnoff and tomato sauce, beginning to make it. She heard the doorbell jangle, and sighed. Brushing her hair bag, she ignored the eyes she felt staring at her, continuing making the alcoholic drink.

the jangling noise sounded as the door was pushed open as a rather young looking girl walked in, her dark hair lay lazily over her thin, lithe shoulders. Her Mossy green eyes surveyed the bar searching each and every soul that sat drinking their hearts on in the bar. Parting her lips, she let a sigh pass between the slit in her lips. Brushing back a strand of black silky hair from her face she moved towards a table and sat towards the back, crossing her legs.

Senka narrowed her eyes, feeling like growlinng at the men laughing louder than hyenas. She clenched her fist, getting some celery. She glanced up, eyes narrowing, then widening. "Steele?" She said, jumping towards him. "Hold on, and I'll be right with you." She said, turning back to her current customers. Sliding the bloody Mary down the bar to the guy that had ordered it. She turned back around to the cooler, taking out two Bud Lights, and a Mike's Hard Lime, taking them to a table. After making a tequila for some blonde who was obviously drunk, but Senka had to serve her anyways. Finally she could slip away, over to her Alpha. "What are you doing here, Steele?" She asked,cleaning a beer mug. "What would you like today, sir?" She asked, a fake smile/smirk pasted on her lips. She pushed a lock of her hair behind her left ear, the rest of her hair besides her bangs tied in a long ponytail, swaying behind her.

Hope watched the two lycans with narrowed eyes. her left forearm lay flat against the table and her right elbow was propped up on the table and her chin resting in the palm of her hand. Her face held no emotions, nor did her mossy green gaze. A silent sight pushed her thin, soft lips apart before she tore her gaze from the two and rested them on table in front of her.. An overwhelming feeling of loneliness washed over her, she didn't belong anywhere, not with her humans, not with the vampires or the werewolves... not even the witches..

Senka clenched her teeth, but blew out a breath. Her smile never moved from her lips. "Coming right up sir." She said, placing her hands on the counter and leaning closer to him, voice lowering. "And you're not getting me fired from the only job that's kept me alive for the last few years. Alpha." She said, eyes a dark violet. Her eyes bored into his for a second, before she straightened, walking away to get his order. 'I love my Alpha, but he can be so goddamn infuriating! And insulted two people, probably not even realizing it. Perhaps that's why I like him though, he can match my sass and sarcasm.' She mused, taking out some vodka she thought he might like, and the beer he requested. She hummed slightly, but slid them over to him. 'It's like even though I've barely met him, he knows every single thing to say to offend, insult, or touch a nerve!' She blew out a breath, leaning her elbows on the counter, she flicked her eyes to Steele, before closing them, remaining silent, before looking over at the witch. Odd..

Hope narrowed her eyes downwards, hating the fact that they, the wolves, had a kind of relationship to the point they could joke like that, even though she had lived among the humans she had never found a friend among them. Sometimes that is how she liked it. alone. her shoulders slumped lowly before she picked up the menu that was set up against the wall, her eyes surveying the page.

Senka followed his glance, then gave him the coldest stare. "Shut it!" She hissed suddenly, not quite sure if he knew how old she was or not. Her voice was laced with venom, yet there was still a smile on her face, which was probably more dangerous than if she held a knife to your throat. She grabbed the vodka bottle, refilling Steele's glass. She left him to serve another customer, becoming quite good at remembering orders and keeping the separate, as well as making the drinks. She poured one guy a glass of whisky, then went back over to  Steele. She sighed slightly, taking her hair out of it's ponytail momentarily. She shook the long onyx locks out, then slipped the scrunchie over it again, using the barrette that was in the front of her hair to pin the back up into a bun. Placing her hands on her cocked hips, she pursed her lips, huffing. "Is there anything else you want?" She asked Steele,vaugely wondering if he was purposely trying to get her angry. She leaned her elbows on the table, done with acting politely to him. She didn't care if he was a costumer, if he wanted to get her angry, then he would see a different side of her. Though he wouldn't see the real side of her, the side that would plunge a knife into someone's stomach and leave them without a second thought. He should hope he wouldn't see that side of her. She raised her head, glancing around the bar, which was especially busy. She straightening her uniform, only half listening to Steele as she made a list of things she needed to do.

Hope's head snapped up when she heard the girl hiss the words Shut It! before heaving a sigh and pushing back her chair. Even in a room full of people she didn't feel welcome. Getting to her feet she watched the mortals with a fuming glare, one that would send a full grown, healthy adult male running with his tail tucked between his legs. Brushing her hair back off of her shoulders she began to head towards the back room where the bathrooms were located at. Her mind was swirling with unwanted thoughts, thoughts of her followers and her kind.. /What was she doing/

A few moments after Steele left the bar, a bulky yet slender 6'2 male walked into the bar, his strikingly beautiful green eyes seemed to 'pop'.. He was a twenty year old male and was the loner of the human and lycan world. With a sigh, he ran his fingers through his thick hair and headed towards the back to sign in. Casting a glance towards the female bartender before rolling his eyes and disappearing into the room.

Senka's eyes followed the guy who just came in, narrowing dangerously. "A new worker? Great, just great." She blew out a breath, casting a glance over the room, before slipping into the back, following him with silent footsteps. She stood behind him, eyes cold and emotionless. "Who might you be?" She snapped, crossing her arms, one eyebrow rising. "You'd better be a new worker here." She hissed, hands moving to her hips. "If so, get to work." She hissed, turning around to go back out front, to serve more customers.

His eyes narrowed onto the girl, his jaw clenching as he listened to her tone, but he, himself remained silent. Moving towards the back, he intentionally walked slowly to go and clock in. His face was blank and there were no signs of emotions in any inch of his body. Typing in his keycode, he signed in and walked back out, passing by you, a grin that was plastered on his face only lasted but a mere millisecond before it faded and he went back to his expressionless face.

Senka narrowed her eyes at his grin, but decided to question him later. She went back out, and instantly heard indignant yelling. "Hey! You're the owner here, shouldn't you be serving?" Someone yelled out, but she ignored his slurred words, as he stumbled off his chair. He didn't even know what he was talking about. She raised her head, pulling out a bottle of rum, and a coke from the fridge. She mixed the rum and coke, then brought it to the customer. She looked around at the people, leaning against the wall briefly, before going over to the mysterious Mr.Employee. "Hey." She called out to him. "I never got your name." She said coolly, turning to him with clear amethyst eyes.

He looked up from wiping a table off with a white cloth, his eyes locking on to you. For what seemed to be a long time he didn't speak, just took in every detail about you. Clearing his throat he stood up straight and straightened his shirt. "I'm Xavier Bennett, and you are?" he asked, his eyes narrowing at you before he turned away and started to clean up again. Putting the glasses atop of a tray.
